Seminar Rules & Policies
The main idea behind PGSA is to increase interaction among graduate students. As an important step towards it, we are having a seminar series (given by graduate students from the PGE Department or from other departments e.g. Geology, Computational & Applied Mathematics (CAM)).
It also gives the students an excellent opportunity to improve their presentation skills. Need some tips on making scientific presentation? CLICK HERE!
Recently, we had a CMG software seminar presented by Chengwu Yuan, attended by more than 45 graduate students! PGSA continues organizing student-led computer application seminars in the CPE Building. Please see map for directions.
The PGE department has generously granted us funding for refreshments. Company sponsors have provided the food. We are grateful for their support. If you are interested in giving a talk about your research work, please contact us.
